The event is organized with the support of the European Commission as part of Climate Week Prague  and will take place on May 20 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The discussion will focus on the development of ESG reporting, the CSRD directive, the Omnibus I & II packages and their impact on practice. 

 

The event will be held in the Czech language.  

 

Content 

  • What is the current status of ESG reporting? What does Omnibus I and II mean in brief? What are the stages of implementation of the change in the CSRD directive?  

  • ● What are the follow-up legislations to the CSRD (primarily the SFDR and other banking and financial legislations)? What are the problems of the Omnibus packages regarding these follow-up legislations? 

  • ● What changes are likely to be made to the Omnibus package to preserve the original meaning of ESG reporting and ensure compatibility with related legislation 

  • ● Independent of the Omnibus package – what are the market trends in ESG strategies and reporting? 

  • ● The practical experiences of the client perspective in response to the Omnibus package.
