Questions of energy, security, competitiveness, the cost of living, resilience and climate policy have moved closer together — and further into the political debate. In Czechia, as elsewhere in Europe, some of these conversations are becoming increasingly difficult and polarised. But the underlying challenges have not gone away.

Climate Week Prague 2026 created a space to engage with these questions across sectors and perspectives. Over seven days, 65 events brought together more than 3,000 participants and 500+ speakers from business, policy, science, civil society, academia and culture.

Our 2026 Report looks back at the first full-scale edition of Climate Week Prague — what happened across the city, who took part, what we learned, and where we go next.
