Organise your own event by choosing the type, aligning the content, defining the key criteria, and getting in touch.

Small, focused discussions designed to drive dialogue and collaborative problem-solving. Topics can include climate policy, energy transition, circular economy, sustainable finance, corporate responsibility, innovation, social impact, or local climate initiatives.

Structured conversations featuring diverse perspectives on climate solutions, systemic change, technological innovation, adaptation strategies, and sustainable business practices.

Interactive sessions aimed at skill-building, co-creation, and connecting stakeholders for impactful partnerships and actionable outcomes. Can include design thinking, innovation labs, scenario planning, or community-led projects.

Exhibitions, performances, film screenings, concerts, art installations, and other creative formats that engage audiences with sustainability, climate awareness, and social impact.

Talks, guided tours, hackathons, student-led initiatives, educational sessions, or community projects designed to inform, inspire, and involve the general public.

Webinars, online panels, virtual workshops, or livestreamed performances that expand access beyond Prague and allow international participation.
What type of event can be included?
Event Content Guidelines
Lead with impact – Your event should inspire, showcase practical solutions, and explore forward-thinking approaches to climate and sustainability challenges.
Align with climate goals – Participating organisations must demonstrate commitment to sustainability and climate action. Events promoting fossil fuel expansion or high-carbon activities will not be included in the official programme.
Reach the right audience – Events should engage business leaders, policymakers, decision-makers, and/or the public to educate, raise awareness, and inspire action.
Foster collaboration – Encourage dialogue, partnerships, and learning while avoiding greenwashing or overt political promotion.
Event Selection Criteria
Inclusion in Climate Week Prague is at the discretion of the organising committee. Submitted proposals must include:
Date and time
Suggested venue
Event title and description
Type of event (webinar, roundtable, panel discussion, etc.)
Target audience and expected number of attendees
Whether the event is free or ticketed
Invited or confirmed speakers
Minimum requirements for acceptance:
The event addresses sustainability, environmental, or climate-related topics.
Speakers must include diverse representation (cannot be all-male).
Events cannot promote fossil fuel extraction, heavily polluting industries, or pro-fossil lobbying.
Event must take place in the Czech Republic (or online) during September 2026.
Content must be respectful, free of hate speech, derogatory terms, or incitement to violence.
