How can the combination of artificial intelligence, meteorology and interdisciplinary collaboration contribute to a better understanding of climate change? This is exactly the question we will address during the Space for Climate event.
You can look forward to two short presentations by experts from different disciplines - technical and climatological - that will flow seamlessly into an open discussion. The aim is to share know-how, inspire new forms of cooperation and move forward together on a topic that is one of the biggest global challenges of our time.
>> Low-key format. Expert topics. Open discussion.
>> Participants from academic, non-profit and commercial backgrounds.
>> And yes, it will include space data and predictive weather models.
Speakers:
>> Michal Žák, meteorologist from the Department of Atmospheric Physics, MFF UK
>> Ondřej Podsztavek, DataLab CTU employee and expert in predictive methods of weather and climate
Event will be held in Czech.
If you are interested in how technology and research together shape the future of our planet, see you on 5 June!
