Roots & Futures is a curated, invitation-led residential gathering in Hostačov bringing together practitioners, educators, founders, and investors working across regeneration, education, leadership, and systems change in Central & Eastern Europe.

Across these fields, important work is already happening — but often in parallel. This gathering creates space for those threads to meet, building trust, shared understanding, and the foundations for longer-term collaboration across the region.

Over three days, participants move through facilitated workshops, embodied practices, reflective and relational work, and systems-focused dialogue, alongside time in nature and informal connection.

The programme follows one arc: self → relationship → system → action, exploring both the inner and outer dimensions of systemic transformation.

Roots & Futures is also a founding moment for a longer-term ecosystem of collaboration in the region, and a seed gathering for The Gathering Czechia 2027.
