ESG Leadership Workshop: Sharing Best Practice, Failures and Lessons Learned

Companies across a wide range of industries, from automotive and pharma to food industry or building management, are facing similar challenges in ESG. How can sustainability become an integral part of corporate culture in a rapidly changing environment? Can ESG remain a strategic priority for management as regulatory requirements evolve? And how companies communicate their sustainability commitments in a clear, credible, and meaningful way to customers, business partners, and employees?

This workshop will provide a forum for open discussion, peer exchange, and the sharing of best practices, failures and lessons learned. Together, we will explore the day-to-day challenges ESG professionals face and identify approaches that help translate sustainability ambitions into tangible business value and lasting cultural change.
